WHO WE ARE

A senior automation team you can outsource to

FusionHit is where US teams outsource process automation without the cost and lead time of hiring in-house. Senior nearshore engineers, fluent in UiPath, Power Automate, and the systems bots have to drive, work in your time zone as an extension of your team.

WHAT WE DO

RPA & Test Automation services we provide

One senior team from the first process assessment to the bots still running a year later.

Process discovery and automation assessment

Which processes are worth automating, with a payback period rather than a bot count.

UiPath bot development and Orchestrator setup

Attended and unattended automation with exception handling and alerting built in from the start.

Bot maintenance and CoE support

Ownership of the bots when the underlying applications change, which is when most estates die.

Intelligent document processing

Invoices, claims, and PDFs read and routed, with the confidence thresholds tuned to your error tolerance.

AI agent integration

Agents added where they genuinely help, and deterministic bots kept where they are simply correct.

Legacy and Citrix automation

Mainframe screens, published desktops, and old SAP GUIs driven where no API exists.

Why FusionHit

Why US companies outsource automation to us

Senior automation engineers

Engineers who have maintained bot estates, not just built demos, and approved by you before they start.

Real-time collaboration

Nearshore engineers on US hours, working live in your Orchestrator, your systems, and your standups.

Flexible engagement

Scale up to build the estate and down to a maintenance retainer once it is stable.

Integrated partnership

We work as an extension of your operations and IT teams, not a hands-off vendor.

Have a manual process eating headcount, or bots nobody maintains?

FAQ

FAQs about our RPA development services

01

Which of our processes are actually worth automating?

The ones that are high-volume, rule-based, and stable. We rank candidates by payback period during discovery, and we will tell you when a process should be fixed or integrated rather than automated.
02

What does an RPA project cost, and who pays for the bot licenses?

Development is our cost; platform licenses are yours and go directly to the vendor. We size both up front so the business case includes the licensing, which is where most RPA ROI estimates quietly go wrong.
03

UiPath or Power Automate, given we are already a Microsoft shop?

Power Automate is often the right answer for Microsoft-centric processes and lighter automation. UiPath earns its licensing when you need unattended scale, complex exception handling, or legacy and Citrix targets.
04

Do we still need RPA now that AI agents exist?

For deterministic, auditable, rule-based work, yes. A bot that does the same thing every time is a feature, not a limitation. Agents earn their place where judgment or unstructured input is involved, and we are explicit about which is which.
05

Who maintains the bots when the underlying application changes?

We do, under a maintenance engagement. This is the question that decides whether an RPA program survives its second year.
06

Can you automate a legacy system with no API?

Yes: mainframe green screens, Citrix-published desktops, and old SAP GUIs. That is precisely where RPA still beats integration.
07

How do you measure whether the automation is working?

Straight-through-processing rate, exception rate, and cost per transaction, not bot count. If maintenance hours exceed the hours saved, we will tell you and recommend retiring the bot.
08

How do you handle credentials and PII for unattended bots?

Credential vaulting in Orchestrator, least-privilege service accounts, and full audit trails. Bots running against production with a shared password is the failure mode we are usually called in to fix.

Tell us which process is eating the most hours, and we'll show you the team that can automate it.
