Can you fix our existing reports, or does the model have to be rebuilt?

Why are our dashboards so slow?
Usually the model rather than the hardware: flat or snowflaked tables, unfolded Power Query steps, and measures iterating over millions of rows. We profile it and come back with a ranked list, not a capacity upsell.

We are being moved from Power BI Premium onto Fabric capacity. What changes for us?
The cost depends on your workloads and refresh patterns. We model the SKU sizing against your actual usage and tell you what changes technically, including whether Direct Lake is worth re-architecting for.

It depends on report count and how much logic lives inside the reports rather than in a model. Not every visual has a one-to-one equivalent, and we flag those before the estimate rather than during the build.

Can you implement row-level security per client or region?
Yes, including the testing that proves it works. RLS that has not been tested against real user roles is a liability, not a feature.
