WHO WE ARE

A senior containerization team you can outsource to

FusionHit is where US teams outsource containerization without the cost and lead time of hiring in-house. Senior nearshore engineers, fluent in Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD, work in your time zone as an extension of your team.

\
WHAT WE DO

Containerization services we provide

One senior team from the first Dockerfile to the cluster it runs on.

Application containerization

Legacy .NET, Java, and PHP apps packaged into images built to be reviewed, not just to work.

Image and build optimization

Multi-stage builds, layer caching, and minimal base images: smaller images, shorter CI.

Container security hardening

SBOMs, CVE scanning gates, rootless containers, and a patch cadence somebody actually owns.

Compose to Kubernetes migration

Off hand-rolled production Compose onto EKS, AKS, GKE, or a serverless container runtime.

Registry and CI/CD setup

Registries, promotion between environments, and pipelines that fail loudly instead of silently.

Local development standardization

Compose, devcontainers, and Testcontainers, so "works on my machine" stops costing days.

Why FusionHit

Why US companies outsource containerization to us

Senior platform engineers

Engineers who have run containers in production, not just written Dockerfiles, and approved by you before they start.

Real-time collaboration

Nearshore engineers on US hours, working live in your repo, your pipelines, and your standups.

Flexible engagement

Scale the team up for the migration and down once the platform is stable.

Integrated partnership

We work as an extension of your engineering and platform teams, not a hands-off vendor.

The team has been able to stay as a team for two years now. A single team, with nobody leaving. I've had a really stable team that I've seen grow in strength.

FAQ

FAQs about our Docker and containerization services

01

Why outsource containerization instead of hiring in-house?

Containerization is a project, not a permanent role. Outsourcing gets you engineers who have already done it several times, at 30-50% below US rates, and the team scales down once the platform is stable. See our DevOps services for the wider picture.
02

How much does it cost to containerize our application, and how long does it take?

It depends on the application and how much of the deployment story comes with it. We scope it after a short assessment and quote a phase with a fixed shape rather than an open-ended engagement.
03

Docker Swarm or Kubernetes?

Kubernetes for anything you expect to grow. Swarm is legacy and we treat it as something to migrate off, not toward. If Compose is running your production today, that is the first thing to fix.
04

How much can you actually reduce our image sizes and build times?

Multi-stage builds, proper layer caching, and minimal base images typically cut image size and build time substantially, and we measure both before and after and commit to a target once we have seen your builds.
05

How do you handle container security scanning and CVE patching?

SBOM generation, scanning as a pipeline gate rather than a report nobody reads, minimal base images, and a patch cadence with an owner. This is usually what triggers the engagement in the first place.
06

Can you containerize a legacy Windows or Java application?

Yes. Legacy apps are the common case. The work is understanding what the app assumes about its host before it goes into an image, which is exactly the part teams get wrong alone.
07

Will containerization change our SOC 2 or HIPAA posture?

It changes what the evidence looks like more than the requirements themselves. We map image provenance, scanning, and access controls to your existing control set as part of the work.
08

Do you hand this off with documentation and training?

Yes. Runbooks, a documented pipeline, and a working session with your team. A containerization project that leaves you dependent on us has failed.

Ready to containerize?

Tell us what you're running today, and we'll show you the team that can containerize it.
