Who we are

Senior engineers who test the system and then tune it

Most performance engagements end with a document: here is where it broke, here is the graph, good luck.

FusionHit is a software company, so the people who ran the load test are the same people who can go into the query, the connection pool or the autoscaling policy and change it. Senior engineers across Latin America, working on your hours.

WHAT WE DELIVER

Performance testing services we deliver

What US teams hand us, usually before a launch, a season, or a migration nobody wants to find out about live.

Load testing

Your expected traffic simulated with realistic user behaviour and data, so you know what today's system does under tomorrow's Monday morning.

Stress testing

Load pushed past the expected ceiling until something gives, because the useful information is how it fails: gracefully, or all at once.

Endurance testing

Sustained load over hours or days, which is the only way memory leaks, connection exhaustion and slow-growing queues show up before your users find them.

Spike and scalability testing

Sudden surges and scaling behaviour tested against your autoscaling rules, since the rules are usually the thing that has never actually been exercised.

API and database performance

The layers underneath tested directly, because most latency a user feels is a query plan, an index or an N+1 rather than the interface.

Performance tuning

The work after the finding: query and index changes, caching, pooling and configuration, retested against the same scenario until the number moves.

REMEDIATION

We fix what the test finds

The providers on this search hand you a report and stop. That boundary exists because they are testing companies. We are not, so here is what happens after the finding.

The same engineers change the code

The person who traced the bottleneck to a missing index or a synchronous call is a senior engineer who can open a pull request. Nothing gets translated into a ticket, queued, and misread by someone who was not there.

Retested, not re-reported

Every fix is measured against the same scenario and the same data, so you see the before and the after rather than an assurance. If the number did not move, the fix was wrong and we keep going.

You end with a system that holds, not a document

The deliverable is the throughput and the latency you agreed on, at the load you agreed on, in production. The report is how we got there, not the thing you paid for.

Why FusionHit

Why US companies choose FusionHit for performance work

  • Senior engineering talent

Vetted nearshore engineers with production experience across industries and modern stacks.

  • Real-time collaboration

Nearshore teams aligned with US time zones for synchronous planning, reviews, and delivery.

  • Flexible engagement

Scale engineering capacity up or down as your roadmap and priorities evolve.

  • Integrated partnership

We work as an extension of your engineering and product teams, not as a detached external vendor.

INDUSTRIES

Load that looks like your industry's load

A steady thousand users an hour and a thousand in the first minute are different systems, and the difference is decided by your sector.

Fintech

Month-end, market open and settlement windows modelled as they actually arrive, not as an average.

Healthcare

Clinical systems tested at shift change and at scheduled batch loads, with synthetic patient data throughout.

SaaS

Multi-tenant load tested per tenant, so one large customer's usage does not become everyone's outage.

Logistics

Systems tested under continuous operation, because there is no quiet window to degrade in.

Retail

Peak season and promotion spikes simulated before the season, with the autoscaling rules actually exercised.

Manufacturing

Plant and telemetry ingestion tested at full sensor volume rather than at a sample of it.

TECHNOLOGY EXPERTISE

Performance tools we work with

Open-source load generators and the observability stack that tells you where the time actually went.

HOW WE ENGAGE

Three ways to engage performance engineers

Staff augmentation

Senior performance engineers added to your existing team, under your direction, in days rather than months.

Dedicated development teams

A team working only on your platform's performance, sprint after sprint, while you set the priorities.

Full project outsourcing

You hand over the goal and we deliver it under our management, covering scenarios, execution, tuning and verification.

FAQ

FAQs about our performance testing services

01

How much does performance testing cost?

Senior nearshore rates run 30-50% below equivalent US salaries. What you pay depends on how many scenarios, how realistic the environment has to be, and whether you want the tuning as well as the testing. You get a line-item estimate on the first call, with the load-generation infrastructure billed at cost.
02

Do you only test, or do you fix what you find?

Both, and the second is the point. Our engineers trace the bottleneck and then change the query, the configuration or the code, and re-test against the same scenario. A testing company hands the finding to your team; we can carry it through.
03

What environment do you need?

Ideally one that resembles production in shape, even if it is smaller in scale, because results from a laptop-sized environment do not extrapolate honestly. Where that does not exist we help set one up, and we tell you which conclusions the environment can and cannot support.
04

Can you test in production?

Sometimes, and carefully: off-peak, with a defined blast radius and an agreed abort condition. It gives the truest numbers and it carries real risk, so it is a decision you make with full information rather than one we make for you.
05

What numbers do you report?

Throughput, error rate, and latency at the percentiles that matter rather than the average, because the average hides the customers having a bad time. Plus resource utilization and the specific component that saturated first.
06

How do you decide what load to test at?

From your actual traffic, your growth, and the specific event you are worried about, whether that is a launch, a season or a migration. Testing at a number nobody derived produces a result nobody can act on.
07

Can you work with our existing test scripts?

Yes. If you have JMeter or k6 scenarios we start from them, fix what has gone stale, and extend rather than replace. Rewriting is a last resort.
08

Which tools do you use?

JMeter, k6, Gatling or Locust for load generation, and your existing observability stack for the analysis. Everything lives in your repository on open-source tooling, so nothing depends on a platform of ours.
09

Do you test mobile and API performance too?

Yes. APIs are usually where the latency actually is, and mobile adds network conditions and device constraints that a browser test never surfaces. Both are part of the scenario design rather than add-ons.
10

How fast can this start?

We present matched profiles within days, you interview and approve them, and most engineers onboard in under 2 weeks. A focused test against an existing environment can often start sooner.
11

How much time zone overlap will we have?

Our engineers work across Latin America on US Central and Eastern time, which gives 6-8 hours of daily overlap. It matters here because a test run is a live event, and the person who can approve stopping it needs to be awake.

Ready to find out what your system actually holds?

Tell us what has to survive and at what load, and we will show you the team that can test it and fix what it finds.
