Who we are

The first version of your product, built by people who have shipped one

Founders and innovation teams come to us with an idea, a budget and a deadline that is usually a funding round.

FusionHit is an MVP development company with senior engineers across Latin America who cut the scope to what matters and build it on your hours.

WHAT WE DELIVER

MVP development services we deliver

What it takes to get a real product in front of real users, and nothing that does not.

Product discovery

A short engagement that turns your idea into a written feature set, a technical approach and an estimate, so you can decide what the first release contains before committing to it.

Clickable prototypes

An interactive version of the product you can put in front of users and investors within weeks, before the build starts.

MVP development

Design, build and launch of the first working version, running on the architecture the full product will use rather than on scaffolding.

Technical due diligence

An independent read on an existing codebase or a technical plan, for founders raising a round or inheriting a build from someone else.

Post-launch iteration

The releases that follow the first one, driven by what real usage shows rather than by the original backlog.

MVP to product scaling

The path from a validated first version to a system that holds up under growth, handled by the same team that built it.

SCOPE AND PACE

You see the scope, the date and the software as it happens

What goes wrong on MVP projects is almost never the code. It is scope drifting until the money runs out, so this is how we keep that visible.

Scope agreed before the build

Discovery ends with a written feature set and a target release date, both signed off by you. The build starts from a decision rather than from a conversation that keeps reopening.

Working software every week

You get a build in your hands weekly, not a status report. Cutting or adding scope costs a sprint at that cadence, instead of surfacing at the end when it costs a quarter.

Built to become the product

The first version runs on the architecture the full product will use, so validating the idea does not mean paying to write it twice.

INDUSTRIES

MVPs in markets where the first version has to be right

In some sectors the first release still has to clear a bar that has nothing to do with product-market fit.

Fintech

First versions that satisfy a compliance review while still being small enough to launch.

Healthcare

Products handling patient data, built HIPAA-ready from the first release rather than retrofitted later.

SaaS

Multi-tenant from day one, so the second customer does not require a rebuild.

Logistics

First versions tested against real operations, where a broken release stops trucks.

Retail

Commerce products measured on conversion from the week they launch.

Manufacturing

Products piloted on one line before they are trusted across the plant.

TECHNOLOGY EXPERTISE

Technologies we build MVPs with

Proven, well-supported stacks chosen so the first version can grow, rather than whatever ships fastest this month.

HOW WE ENGAGE

Three ways to engage a team for your MVP

Staff augmentation

Senior engineers added to the team you already have, under your direction, in days rather than months.

Dedicated development teams

A full team working only on your product, self-organizing sprint after sprint while you own the roadmap.

Full project outsourcing

You hand over the product goal and we deliver it under our management, covering discovery, design, build, QA and launch.

FAQ

FAQs about our MVP development services

01

How much does an MVP cost?

Senior nearshore rates run 30-50% below equivalent US salaries and agency fees, and what drives the total is scope: how many user roles, how many integrations, and whether you launch on web, mobile or both. Discovery produces a line-item estimate before you commit to the build, so the number comes from your actual feature set rather than from an average.
02

How long does an MVP take?

A focused first version typically reaches users within a quarter, and discovery gives you the specific date for yours before development starts. What moves that date is scope, so we agree the feature set first and treat changes to it as a conversation about the date.
03

What if we do not know what should be in the first release?

That is what discovery is for, and most founders arrive that way. We work backwards from the question the release has to answer, whether that is whether people will pay, whether the workflow holds, or whether you can show something to an investor, and cut everything that does not serve it.
04

Will we have to rebuild the MVP later?

Not with us. The first version runs on the architecture the full product will use, with the same standards for testing and deployment. Some teams do throw away a prototype on purpose to move faster, and when that is the right call we will say so, but it is a decision you make rather than one you discover.
05

Who owns the code and the accounts?

You do, from the first commit. Repositories, cloud accounts and third-party services are set up under your organization, and the contract assigns all intellectual property to you.
06

Can you work with our existing team or CTO?

Yes. Our engineers take a defined slice of the build alongside your people, inside your repo and your rituals. For founders without a technical lead, we cover that role until you hire one.
07

What happens after the MVP launches?

The same team keeps going: releases driven by what real usage shows, plus the work of turning a validated first version into a product that scales. Most of our product engagements run longer after launch than before it.
08

Can you help us prepare for an investor demo?

Yes. When the first release exists to raise a round, we scope it around what the demo has to show and make sure the product holds up live, which is a different priority than feature count.
09

How do you handle NDAs and confidentiality?

An NDA goes in place before the first call, and access to code, environments and product data is limited to the people working on your product. Nothing about your idea gets used as a reference without your written approval.
10

How fast can a team start?

We present matched profiles within days, you interview and approve them, and most engineers onboard in under 2 weeks. Discovery can often start sooner than that.
11

How much time zone overlap will we have?

Our engineers work across Latin America on US Central and Eastern time, which gives 6-8 hours of daily overlap. On a timeline measured in weeks, a decision that waits overnight is a decision that costs a meaningful share of the schedule.

Ready to build the first version?

Tell us your idea and your deadline, and we will show you the team and the scope that fit both.
