A team that owns a workstream, not a list of hires
A dedicated development team is the model our clients move to when one workstream needs owning end to end and nobody in-house has the time to manage it.
FusionHit assembles a cross-functional team of senior engineers across Latin America, gives it a delivery lead on our side, and points it exclusively at your product. You set the priorities. The team turns them into shipped software, sprint after sprint, for as long as the roadmap needs it.
\ Who is on your dedicated team
Every team is assembled for one product. You interview and approve every member, including the lead, before the first sprint.
Delivery lead
Runs the team day to day, owns the ceremonies and the reporting, and is the one person accountable to you for the outcome.
Backend engineers
.NET, Java, Node.js and Python engineers for the APIs, services and data layer underneath the product.
Frontend engineers
React, Angular and Vue.js engineers who ship the interfaces your users see, inside your design system.
Mobile engineers
React Native, iOS and Android engineers when the product lives on a phone.
QA automation engineers
Engineers who own the regression suite and the release quality of everything the team ships.
DevOps engineers
Pipelines, environments and cloud infrastructure, so the team releases on its own schedule.
Data engineers
Pipelines, warehouses and integrations when the product runs on data as much as on code.
AI engineers
Generative AI, agents and machine learning built into the product, not bolted on at the end.
Who does what, in writing
The dedicated team model works because the split is clear from day one. This is the split we put in the agreement.
Roadmap, priorities and the definition of done.
A delivery lead who turns priorities into a sprint plan and flags trade-offs early.
Your product owner grooms the backlog and accepts the work.
Estimates, technical design and demos of every increment.
A weekly checkpoint and the decisions only you can make.
Stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retros and code review, run by the team.
Read it.
A written sprint report every two weeks: velocity, what shipped, risks, and what the team needs from you.
Interview and approve every member.
Hiring, onboarding, retention, replacement, payroll and local compliance.
Repositories, cloud accounts and tools stay under your organization.
Engineering standards, documentation and knowledge transfer inside your repositories.

What the agreement says before the first sprint
How the team is assembled
You define the outcome, we propose the roles and the seniority mix, and you interview every candidate. Nobody joins without your approval.
How fast it starts
Team proposal within days, interviews the following week, and the first sprint within 2-4 weeks of signature.
What “onboarded” means
Access, environments and a knowledge-transfer checklist completed, and a first increment demoed in the first sprint.
How you scale or end it
Add or remove roles as the roadmap moves. The notice period is fixed in the contract and applies both ways.
What happens if someone leaves
We replace the role and keep the team's velocity, with the replacement window written into the agreement, not negotiated mid-sprint.
What you pay and who owns the code
A monthly rate per role, by seniority, with no recruiting fees. All intellectual property is assigned to you from the first commit.
From first call to first sprint
Scoping call
The product, the workstream you want owned and how your team works (30 minutes).
Team proposal
Roles, seniority mix, delivery lead and monthly cost, within days.
Interviews
You meet and approve every member, including the lead, before anything is signed.
Onboarding and first sprint
Access, knowledge transfer and a first demo, within 2-4 weeks.

Which model do you actually need?
Dedicated teams are the model on this page. Here is how it compares with the other two, so you can pick the one that fits how your team runs.
Staff augmentation
Senior engineers added to your existing team, under your direction. Best when you have a technical lead and need capacity or a specific skill.
Dedicated development teams
A stable team that works only on your product, with a lead on our side. Best when you want a whole workstream owned without hiring a manager for it.
Software development outsourcing
A defined scope delivered end to end under our management, for a fixed price and date. Best when the scope is clear and you want one number and one date.

AI
Teams that already know your industry's rules
A team that has shipped under your regulator spends its first sprint building, not learning the vocabulary.
Fintech
Teams used to PCI scope, audit trails and month-end edge cases.
Healthcare
Teams that have worked with PHI under HIPAA and know what never goes in a log.
SaaS
Teams that have built multi-tenant products and shipped weekly.
Logistics
Teams that have owned systems that run around the clock.
Retail
Teams that have been through a peak season and know what breaks.
Manufacturing
Teams that have integrated with plant equipment nobody wants to touch.
