Who we are

Senior cloud engineers who work on systems already in production

IT and engineering leaders come to us when the cloud has become the constraint rather than the answer, whether that is a datacenter with a deadline, an application that costs more every month, or a platform nobody wants to touch.

FusionHit is a cloud engineering company with senior engineers across Latin America who take the work on inside your team, on your hours.

WHAT WE DELIVER

Cloud engineering services we deliver

The cloud work US teams hand us, whether the system is still on-premise, already running and costing too much, or does not exist yet.

Cloud migration

Applications, databases and infrastructure moved to AWS, Azure or Google Cloud, with the strategy chosen per workload and a rollback path at every stage.

Application modernization

Legacy systems rehosted, replatformed, refactored or rebuilt, decided case by case rather than by a single policy applied to the whole estate.

Cloud application development

New applications built cloud-native from the first line, using managed services instead of servers you have to babysit.

Cloud architecture

Landing zones, account structure and network design set up before the first workload lands, which is what makes everything after it cheaper.

Cloud security

Identity, network segmentation, encryption and posture management configured to your compliance framework rather than to a default template.

Cloud cost optimization

Rightsizing, reserved capacity, storage tiering and waste removal, tracked as a monthly number you can show your CFO.

ASSESSMENT

The recommendation comes before the project

Every provider on this search sells you the outcome. None of them tells you what they would look at first, which is the only part you can judge before signing anything.

An inventory of what you actually run

Workloads, dependencies and the things nobody documented, mapped from your environment rather than from the diagram on the wiki. Most estates contain at least one system that surprises the team that owns it.

A number per workload

What each one costs today, what it would cost in the cloud, and what the work to get it there involves. Finance gets a line-item projection, not a range.

Recommendations that include leaving it alone

Some workloads should move, some should be rebuilt, and some should stay exactly where they are until a business reason changes. We tell you which is which, including when the answer means less work for us.

INDUSTRIES

Cloud work under the rules your industry runs on

What you are allowed to move, and where it is allowed to live, changes by sector.

Fintech

Architectures that keep PCI scope contained and leave the audit trail your examiners will ask for.

Healthcare

HIPAA-aligned environments with BAAs in place before any patient data moves.

SaaS

Multi-tenant platforms re-architected so growth stops costing more per customer.

Logistics

Systems rebuilt without stopping operations that run every hour of every day.

Retail

Elastic capacity sized for peak season instead of paid for all year.

Manufacturing

Plant systems connected to cloud analytics while the equipment on the floor keeps running.

TECHNOLOGY EXPERTISE

Cloud platforms and technologies we work with

The three major clouds and the tooling around them, chosen for what your workloads need rather than for what we already have licenses for.

HOW WE ENGAGE

Three ways to engage a cloud team

Staff augmentation

Senior cloud engineers added to your existing team, under your direction, in days rather than months.

Dedicated development teams

A team working only on your platform, sprint after sprint, while you set the priorities.

Full project outsourcing

You hand over the scope and we deliver it under our management, covering assessment, execution, validation and handover.

FAQ

FAQs about our cloud engineering services

01

How much do cloud engineering services cost?

Senior nearshore rates run 30-50% below equivalent US salaries and consultancy fees. What you pay depends on how many engineers, how much of the estate is in scope, and whether you want a defined project or engineers embedded in your team. You get a line-item estimate on the first call, with no recruiting fees and no hidden overhead.
02

Where do we start if we do not know what we need yet?

With the assessment. It maps what you run, what each workload would cost in the cloud, and which of the three routes fits it: move it, rebuild it, or leave it. Some clients take that plan and execute it with their own team, which is a fair outcome.
03

Do you work with AWS, Azure and Google Cloud?

All three, and with estates spread across more than one. We come in without a reseller incentive, so the recommendation follows your workloads, your team's existing skills and your licensing rather than our margin.
04

Can you work with our existing infrastructure team?

Yes, and that is the normal setup. Our engineers work alongside your infrastructure and application owners, because they hold the context no documentation has. We take the execution load your team does not have the hours for.
05

Will our cloud bill go down?

Not automatically, and anyone who promises otherwise is selling you something. A lift-and-shift usually costs more than the datacenter it replaced. Savings come from rightsizing, reserved capacity and re-architecture, which is work we scope explicitly and report as a monthly number.
06

How do you handle security and compliance?

Identity, network segmentation, encryption in transit and at rest, secrets kept out of repositories, and posture monitoring in the pipeline. For regulated environments we work to your framework, whether that is HIPAA, PCI DSS or SOC 2, collecting evidence as we go rather than reconstructing it at audit time.
07

Who owns the infrastructure and the code?

You do, from the first commit. Cloud accounts, repositories and Terraform state live under your organization, and the contract assigns all intellectual property to you. Our access is role-based and ends when the engagement does.
08

Do you stay on to run what you build?

If you want us to. Some clients take operations back with runbooks and documentation, others keep a small team on for support and optimization. Both are normal and neither is a condition of the work.
09

Can you take over an environment someone else built?

Yes, and it is a common way our engagements start. We begin by mapping what is actually deployed against what is documented, then give you a prioritized list of what needs attention before anything new goes on top.
10

How fast can cloud engineers start?

We present matched profiles within days, you interview and approve them, and most engineers onboard in under 2 weeks. An assessment can often start sooner than that.
11

How much time zone overlap will we have?

Our engineers work across Latin America on US Central and Eastern time, which gives 6-8 hours of daily overlap. Infrastructure work depends on it more than most, because the approvals and the access usually live on your side.

Ready to put senior cloud engineers on it?

Tell us what you are running today and what is pushing you to change it, and we will show you the team and the plan.
