We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our fast-paced, dynamic environment.

You will play a critical role on our client’s team, collaborating across the organization to deliver high-quality software solutions that are scalable, cloud-native, and user-centric.

This project involves building modern, scalable systems and user experiences with personalized content and data-driven features.

Location: Must reside and have work authorization in Latin America.
Availability: Must be available to work with significant overlap with Mountain Standard Time (MST).

The Ideal Candidate Has:

• 5-8+ years of experience as a backend software engineer with proficiency in Python, or Golang and experience with front end in JavaScript/TypeScript using React.
• Proven success in designing high-scale web applications with well-architected APIs, data pipelines, and cloud-based solutions.
• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture, messaging systems (SQS, SNS, Kafka), and robust API design.
• Experience working with relational (MySQL, Postgres, Redshift), in-memory (Redis, Memcached), and NoSQL (MongoDB, CouchDB) databases.
• Strong DevOps practices including CI/CD pipeline implementation (GitHub), secure coding, and infrastructure automation.
• Proficiency in AWS services such as EC2, ECS, Lambda/SAM, Step Functions, SQS, SNS, RDS, S3, Airflow, and Glue.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, CDK, SAM, or Pulumi.
• Proficient in building scalable platforms and delivering personalized content.
• Strong team orientation with experience mentoring peers, promoting collaboration, and delivering independently.
• Excellent communication skills in English (C1 preferred, strong B2 may be considered).

• Deliver high-quality, cloud-native software in a timely manner across the stack.
• Collaborate with team members and mentor junior engineers to elevate the entire team’s capabilities.
• Implement architectural patterns to ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance of large-scale web applications.
• Build and enhance microservices, API gateways, and data processing pipelines using modern AWS technologies.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines and follow best practices for secure and reliable software delivery.
• Leverage Infrastructure as Code to deploy and manage cloud infrastructure.
• Engage in agile methodologies and continuously refine your processes for efficient delivery.
