Senior LATAM engineers who already know the rules your industry runs under, working your hours, so the first sprint is spent building instead of learning your vocabulary.

Who we are

Industry experience is what makes an estimate honest

Two teams can quote the same feature and be months apart. The difference is rarely talent. It is whether the team has already met the constraint that makes the work slow: a core system that cannot be modified, a trading partner that sets the calendar, a regulator that decides what evidence has to exist.

FusionHit works across ten industries, and the engineers who join your team are the ones who have shipped under those constraints before. They work US Central and Eastern hours, so the questions that decide a release get answered in your day rather than the next one.

INDUSTRIES

Ten industries, and what we build in each

Every one of these pages says what we build, what it takes, and what we commit to in writing before anyone gets access.

Fintech

Payments, lending, banking and wealth platforms built inside your compliance perimeter.

Healthcare

Clinical, patient and revenue systems built around HIPAA and the workflows clinicians use.

Insurance

Policy, underwriting, claims and broker systems built around the core you already run.

SaaS

Multi-tenant products, platform rebuilds and the engineering behind a growing subscription business.

Logistics

TMS, WMS, fleet and visibility systems, plus the EDI and carrier work behind them.

Retail

Commerce, store and inventory systems sized for the season your year depends on.

Manufacturing

Production, quality and maintenance systems connected to the plant floor.

Telecom

OSS and BSS work, billing pipelines and subscriber apps for carriers and MVNOs.

Travel

Booking, distribution and trip systems, including the supplier connections behind them.

Energy

Metering, DER, field and analytics systems built around what operations will allow.

IN WRITING

What stays the same in every industry we work in

The vocabulary changes by industry. These do not, and they are the part most vendors leave until a security questionnaire arrives.

What the agreement says
Who works on your account

Senior engineers only, and you interview every one of them before they start. The risk in regulated or operational work is a junior nobody told you about, wherever that person sits.

Where the code and the data live

In repositories and cloud accounts under your organization, in the region you choose. Your data does not get copied into our systems or onto a personal device.

Who touches production

By default, nobody on our side. Where a task genuinely needs it, you grant access to a named engineer for a stated reason, time-boxed and logged.

How changes stay auditable

Every change goes through a ticket, a pull request and a review by a second engineer, so the record an auditor asks for already exists.

Access, devices and offboarding

Named engineers, your identity provider, your MFA, your device policy. When someone rolls off the team, access is removed the same day and we confirm it in writing.

Audit and due diligence support

We answer the questions your auditor, your customer or your partner asks about how the software is built and maintained, and we produce the records they ask for.

Who owns the result

You do, from the first commit. All intellectual property is assigned to you, and handover includes code, documentation and environments.

HOW WE ENGAGE

Three ways to work with us

Pick the model that fits how your team runs. Plenty of clients start with one and move to another as the roadmap grows.

Staff augmentation

Senior engineers added to your existing team, under your direction. Best when you have a technical lead and need capacity or a specific skill.

Dedicated development teams

A stable team that works only on your product, with a lead on our side. Best when you want a whole workstream owned without hiring a manager for it.

Software development outsourcing

A defined scope delivered end to end under our management, for a fixed price and date. Best when the scope is clear and you want one number and one date.

FAQ

FAQs about working with FusionHit across industries

01

Do you only work in these ten industries?

These are the ones where our engineers have shipped repeatedly, so the estimate and the first sprint are more reliable. We take work outside them when the engineering is a fit, and we say so plainly when a vertical is new to us rather than claiming experience we do not have.
02

How much does it cost?

It depends on the system, and each industry page gives the ranges we see by type of system, plus what drives the cost. After discovery you get a written scope with the cost by milestone. Senior LATAM rates typically run 30-50% below equivalent US rates.
03

How quickly can a team start?

We send matched profiles or a team proposal within days, you interview and approve every engineer, and most teams are in their first sprint within 2-4 weeks of signature.
04

Where are your engineers?

Across Latin America, working US Central and Eastern hours, which gives 6-8 hours of daily overlap with US teams. Planning, reviews and incident response happen inside your working day.
05

Do your engineers work in our tools and our process?

Yes, that is the default. Your repositories, your ticketing, your CI, your communication channels and your definition of done.
06

Who owns the code and the intellectual property?

You do. The work lives in repositories and cloud accounts under your organization, and the contract assigns all intellectual property to you from the first commit.
07

How do you handle security and compliance?

Through the engineering process: named engineers under your access policy, no production data in development by default, every change reviewed and recorded, and access removed the same day someone rolls off. Each industry page adds what is specific to that sector.
08

What if we need to scale down or stop?

Engagements flex with your roadmap, and the notice period is fixed in the contract and applies both ways. Handover, documentation and a closing checklist are part of the engagement, not a favour at the end.
09

Can you work alongside our existing engineering team?

Yes, and most of our work is exactly that. Our engineers join your sprint, your standup and your review process rather than running a parallel one.
10

How do we start?

A 30 minute call about what you are building and the constraints around it. You leave that call knowing which engagement model fits and what the next step costs.

Ready to work with engineers who already know your rules?

Tell us what you are building and which industry constraints apply, and we will come back with a scope and a plan.
